Tiny Dragons Karate for Young Kids
A unique parents-on-the-mat program designed for children aged 3-4, where you and your little one learn together in a supportive, fun environment.
A Fun First Step Into Karate
The Tiny Dragons program at BBMA Hornsby is where the karate journey begins for our youngest students.
This program is designed as a gentle and positive introduction to structured learning, movement and confidence building for children aged 3 to 4.
Every session is designed to be age-appropriate, engaging, and focused on building confidence, coordination, and a love for movement.
Designed for Ages 3 to 4 and Their Parents
Whether your child is naturally confident or a little shy, high energy or more reserved, the Tiny Dragons program meets them where they are. Classes are designed to support early learning, confidence and school readiness in a calm and welcoming environment.
Parents and carers are warmly welcomed into the class as a familiar and reassuring presence. Your role is simply to support your child with encouragement, smiles and connection.
Parents are not expected to actively participate or perform activities themselves. Many families tell us they love this relaxed involvement and enjoy sharing a special connection time with their child while watching them grow in confidence.
If you are looking for a positive activity you can enjoy together that builds skills for life, Tiny Dragons is a wonderful place to start.

Whole of Life Approach
We go beyond kicks and punches. Our program integrates life skills like the Red Stripe program, stranger danger awareness, and anti-bullying education into every class.
Professional Full-Time Academy
BBMA Hornsby isn't a part-time operation. Our dedicated instructors teach martial arts full-time, ensuring consistent, high-quality instruction and genuine attention to your child's development.
