❤️ Valentine’s Buddy Week at BBMA Hornsby

Monday 9th February – Friday 14th February

At BBMA Hornsby, we’re all about connection, confidence, and community, and this Valentine’s week, we’re celebrating LOVE on the mats 💕

For one special week, our students are invited to bring along someone important to them to train together in class.
That could be your partner, spouse, husband, wife, significant other, best friend, or even a totally platonic buddy. If they matter to you, they belong on the mats with you.

🥋 What is Valentine’s Buddy Week?

Valentine’s Buddy Week is a fun, inclusive event where students can share their martial arts journey with someone they care about. Buddies will get to:

  • Join in a real BBMA class

  • Learn basic martial arts techniques together

  • Laugh, move, and challenge themselves in a supportive environment

  • Experience the positive culture and values that make BBMA Hornsby special

No experience is needed, just a willingness to give it a go!

💕 Not currently a BBMA Hornsby student?

You’re very welcome too!
If you’re not already training with us, Valentine’s Buddy Week is the perfect opportunity to try martial arts with someone you love. We’re offering FREE trial classes throughout the week so you can:

  • See if martial arts is right for you

  • Train alongside someone you feel comfortable with

  • Experience the physical, mental, and confidence-building benefits firsthand

🌟 Why train together?

Training together builds:

  • Confidence and resilience

  • Trust and communication

  • Strength, physically and mentally

  • Shared experiences that go far beyond the dojo

Many of our students say training with someone they love makes the experience even more rewarding.
