For Coaches, Athletes and Parents,

Karate NSW is pleased to invite athletes, coaches, and their families to attend the NSW State Karate Team Open Day for the 2026 season.

This Open Day is designed as an immersive experience, an opportunity to step inside a day in the life of a NSW State Team athlete, train alongside current representatives, meet the coaching team, and experience the environment, standards, and culture of our state performance program.

There is no obligation to trial for or nominate for the State Team. This is simply a chance to come along, participate, observe, ask questions, and experience what representative sport karate looks and feels like at state level.
