We invite students to catch up on any/all missed training this week. Book in for as many classes as you like! And bring along a friend or family member - it’s also a Buddy Week!

Assessment Night for all Adv Brown Belt Karate Students.
At this event we will assess your level of readiness, and consider the best timing for Black Belt testing.
We will ensure you are on track, provide you with feedback and set you up for Black Belt success!

SO much more than your average Kids Camp!
Nourish, engage and support your child these school holidays. Your child will learn practical self-defence, anti-bullying skills, personal safety and mindfulness skills - while having fun, relaxing and meeting new friends. .
