Train like Stitch: Karate and self-defence sessions to build confidence, focus, and strength.
Think like Lilo: Mindfulness and emotional self-regulation, embracing individuality and empathy.
Live the Ohana Way: Creative, collaborative craft activities that highlight community, teamwork and fun.
